The Women in Public Service Institute: Peacebuilding and Development Program Planning Committee relies on the participation of faculty, administrators, and alumnae of Bryn Mawr College who contribute expertise on the issue areas of the Institute, both as scholars and practitioners. Committee members were interviewed by our Student Team about their vision for our exciting two-week program, view their videos below to learn more.

Michael Allen: Professor of Political Science

Jessica Berns: Institute Director

Vanessa Christman: Assistant Dean

Marissa Golden: Professor of Political Science

Ruth Lindeborg: Secretary of the College

Mary Osirim: Dean of Graduate

Susan Buck Sutton: Senior Advisor, President’s Office

The Institute  team is delighted to introduce the wider WPSP audience to a number of our talented delegates. This impressive pool of leaders were chosen from a group of early- and mid-career women throughout the world, from countries that recently have experienced disruptive conflict, but reached a state of at least tenuous peace and rebuilding. They were interviewed during the first days of the Institute and we are thrilled to give you the chance to hear from them in person.
